I been slingin’ drinks since I learned to crawl
All week it’s the same old dance
Every Cinderella lookin’ for her fella
But she’s never gonna’ find her prince

Danny at the door only laughs and winks
That ain’t what she came here for
A little bit of fun never hurt no one
And it’s all fair in love and war

Well I know it takes two to tango
But you only need one to twist
Every word around turn it upside down
Make you wonder how it came to this

Put your left foot in, take the wrong one out
Before you know it you’re doing the splits
Well I know it takes two to tango
But you only need one to twist

Another princess pouts, stops and cries it out
Met a couple Mr. Wrongs tonight
In a plastic crown she throws a 20 down
And runs away with a Corona light

Well I know it takes two to tango
But you only need one to twist
Every word around turn it upside down
Make you wonder how it came to this

Put your left foot in, take the wrong one out
Before you know it you’re doing the splits
Well I know it takes two to tango
But you only need one to twist

Danny turns the key about a quarter to 3
As the crowd stumbles out the door
Then he turns around with a broom and a crown
And joins me on the floor
