When I die Lord bring me back as a lizard
Let me build a new live somewhere down the river
No concerns but eatin’ worms and baskin’ in the sun
Catchin’ insects with my tongue

As a lizard Lord I’ll want a lizard wife
With lots of spots and lovely lizard eyes
She and I can hunt for flies ‘til we’ve eatin’ up our fill
That’s how we’ll get our thrills

Lord the life I’m dreamin’ of
Is a life of gecko love
A reptile romance that’ll fit me like a glove

Lizard kisses that’s the stuff
Seaweed sweethearts sure enough
Won’t you let me find my Gecko love

I’ve been good Lord in my livin’ as a human
So I’m prayin’ since my final days are loomin’
Please reincarnate me when my clock is out of time
With a tail to satisfy this wish of mine
